Kind bosses inspire greater effort and loyalty from their employees, according to a study completed by the American Management Association.

Of people who described their boss as kind, 84% reported that they planned to stay in their jobs. Of people who described their boss as a "bully," only 47% planned to stay in their jobs.Click here to learn more about kindness in management.
